Soy lecithin granule shave various applications in food. They are commonly used as emulsifiers to stabilize the oil-water phase in mixtures and improve 
the texture and mouthfeel of food products. They can also be used as anti-caking agents to prevent condensation in chocolate products and frozen foods. 
Additionally, soy lecithin particles are used to enhance the softness and texture of baked goods such as bread, cookies, and cakes, as well as improve the stability 
of dairy products like powdered milk and ice cream.

Storage :
Soya lecithin products easy absorb moisture from the air, must be sealed storage and transportation, preserving in a cool and dry place .
You can do heat treatment processing under 80℃.
