Soya lecithin liquid is commonly used in the production of wafer cones for its emulsifying and release properties. 

It helps to improve the dough's workability, making it easier to shape into cone forms. 
Soya lecithin liquid also acts as a release agent, preventing the cones from sticking to the baking surface during the baking process. 
Its use in wafer cones ensures a smooth texture, enhances the structural integrity, and provides a pleasant eating experience.

Storage :
Soya lecithin products easy absorb moisture from the air, must be sealed storage and transportation, preserving in a cool and dry place .
You can do heat treatment processing under 80℃.
